Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director – Capital Raising to lead our fundraising initiatives and expand our investor base across Europe . This is a senior leadership role central to the firm\’s ongoing growth and success, with a primary focus on building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors , family offices , and other strategic partners . In this role, you will develop and execute effective fundraising strategies , manage the full capital-raising lifecycle, and contribute to the firm\’s overall vision of growth in the real assets sector . Key Responsibilities: Lead capital-raising initiatives for the firm\’s real asset funds, focusing on commercial and logistics assets . Cultivate and strengthen relationships with institutional investors , family offices , and other partners across Europe. Drive the creation and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies aligned with the firm\’s long-term objectives. Oversee the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor presentations, due diligence coordination, and closing commitments. Identify new opportunities within the real assets investment landscape , leveraging your expertise and network. Serve as a trusted advisor to investors, keeping them informed about investment strategies, fund performance, and market trends. Key Requirements: 15+ years\’ experience in capital raising within the real assets sector , with a focus on commercial and logistics investments . Proven success in building and managing relationships with institutional investors and family offices across Europe. A strong track record of securing substantial capital commitments and delivering results. Deep knowledge of real asset investment strategies and a keen understanding of the UK and German markets .
