Deputy Home Manager – Children\’s home    Location: Residential Home for Mixed-Gender and Non-Binary Children and Young People (Ages 8-18) Rating: GOOD Ofsted   Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young people? Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure. Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment. Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Senior Support Worker with children.  Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport. A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role.
