We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and client focused Assistant Manager for a unique site in SW London. Working within a small team, the focus at this unique hospitality site is to drive the business forward (including expanding on events) and develop a strong working relationship with the client as well as the customers.
What you will be doing:
- Leading a small team as well as hands on in all areas of hospitality
- Building and developing the client and customer relationship - managing and exceeding expectations
- Driving the business forward
- Ensuring standards are met and maintained across the board
Working hours are 5/7, 40hrs per week with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays being the busy periods.
We are looking for:
- A strong Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking for their next step within Hospitality
- A proven work background within Catering & Hospitality
- Preferably have worked within a 5* hotel or Private Members Club
- Exceptional client/customer focus with attention to detail and great communication skills
- A logical and proactive manner - someone who is able to resolve issues rationally
- Ability to work under pressure remaining calm, friendly and professional with a positive, can do attitude
- Above all, a genuine passion for hospitality!
