Join our dedicated on-site engineering team based at the UK headquarters in KT18 (Epsom area), supporting a high-profile client in a commercial facilities setting.
The Role
- Salary: £45,000 + additional earnings through 1-in-2 call-out rota
- Hours: Monday–Friday | Choice of 7am–4pm or 9am–6pm shifts
- Team: Join a close-knit team of 2 engineers, reporting to the Contract Manager
- Work Type: Focus on pre-planned mechanical maintenance with some reactive work

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service plant equipment including FCUs, AHUs, pumps, valves, and pipework
- Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical systems within a commercial environment
- Assist with HVAC systems and general building services
- Adhere to health & safety and compliance protocols
- Support broader facilities management goals across the site
- Participate in a 1-in-2 call-out rota (with additional payment)
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Services (or equivalent)
- Proven experience with commercial HVAC equipment (FCUs, AHUs, etc.)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Good understanding of mechanical compliance and safety standards
