DCS are recruiting for an experienced fire door surveyor to carry out inspections of door sets in residential settings across London.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of surveying fire doors and be familiar with software applications to record all data. You will also hold formal certification such as FDIS to demonstrate your competence at carrying out inspections. It is imperative that you are familiar with BM-Trada standards and ART repairs.

This is a customer facing role with tenants in situ. As such, it is important that you remain polite and professional at all times.

This role will be undertaken on a day rate basis plus paid expenses.

It is estimated that this role will last a minimum of 6 month duration.
