At Network IT, we are looking for an exceptional Communications Manager to join a prestigious client who are undertaking a company-wide programme to overhaul and simplify their fundamental service processes, as well as upgrading their central, modularised application to deliver a more functional and flexible system for users at all levels.
This opportunity will require you to be on-site at their Central Birmingham office, 3 days a week.
Role
Reporting to the Business Change and Business lead, the communication manager will lead, develop and manage the programmes communications plans that interface with numerous stakeholders through a variety of sources (reputation management, internal communications, programme communications, and social media).
You will develop close, strong relationships with senior management and other communications professional, to ensure the implementation of the programme is developed across the company. This will be a very dynamic role, with constantly changing priorities which you will need to translate into precise and persuasive messaging.
Experience
The successful candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management experience, who enjoys building relationships with colleagues from all areas of a business to ensure the wider programme performs to the standards required. Other elements the client are looking for include:
- Stakeholder relationship building across a variety of communication channels.
- Design and deliver programme wide and individual project plans.
- Contribute to PR content ideas to promote the programme.
- Develop the programme brand.
- Own accountability for the rollout and implementation of communication plans.
