We are recruiting for an EA for a General Counsel and a team of 3 for an engineering/property company that works on high-profile international projects.
Client Details
They are an engineering company that works on international property and infrastructure projects. They are very well respected and growing. The General Counsel joined about 2 years ago, and the legal team is growing; hence this is a brand new role.
Description
This is a brilliant opportunity and will cover diary management, primarily for the General Counsel; booking travel; involvement in document management; some audio dictation; PowerPoint presentations; maintaining a legal project tracker; and accurate filing. You will also be involved in ad hoc project work.
This is a brilliant opportunity to support a relatively new in-house legal team of a growing company. As it is a brand new role, you will be able to make it your own. This role is 4 days a week in the office. There may be a little flexibility on this at times, but generally, it is 4 days a week.
Profile
You will:
- Have worked for an in-house legal team, including the General Counsel.
- Be really organized and want to put processes in place for the team as it is a new role.
- Have booked international travel.
- Understand that there will be an element of minute-taking once a month.
Job Offer
£50,000 – £55,000 (depending on the candidate) plus excellent benefits.
