We are working with our established client within Bridlington, who are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Quotations Coordinator to join their team. This office-based position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the quotation process. You will utilise internal software platforms to verify spare parts and pricing information whilst collaborating with technical design teams to source alternate parts when existing ones are no longer available. You will be responsible for the accuracy of spare parts and retrofit quotations, and will on occasion, assist others in your team to complete other tasks in the returns, order entry and shipping positions. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and career growth opportunities. Due to the location, you will need your own mode of transport.

Key accountabilities:

  • Liaising with Suppliers to ensure specification of parts matches the requirements of the machine.
  • Read technical drawings and work with design teams.
  • Collaborating with wider teams to ensure accurate quotations are made.
  • Arranging for parts and site equipment.
  • Responsible for uploading all relevant information and/or documentation to orders.
  • Assisting in the team with other tasks including order entry, stock picking and despatch.

You will have excellent communication skills written and verbal, previous experience working within a Mechanical/ Electrical or manufacturing setting is essential, and an excellent technical knowledge is required.
