My client is seeking an Administrator / Receptionist, ideally with some experience or exposure to HR duties. Duties will include:
- Covering Reception switchboard, ensuring smooth running of the reception area
- Answer all incoming calls - directing them to the relevant person
- Assist in dealing with Customer complaints in an effective manner
- Greet all visitors and direct them to the correct point of contact
- Undertake general office duties including supporting other departments when needed
- Support Director & Managers when required - booking travel, arranging meetings, ordering lunches
- Supporting HR
