My client is seeking an Administrator / Receptionist, ideally with some experience or exposure to HR duties. Duties will include:

  • Covering Reception switchboard, ensuring smooth running of the reception area
  • Answer all incoming calls - directing them to the relevant person
  • Assist in dealing with Customer complaints in an effective manner
  • Greet all visitors and direct them to the correct point of contact
  • Undertake general office duties including supporting other departments when needed
  • Support Director & Managers when required - booking travel, arranging meetings, ordering lunches
  • Supporting HR
