We are currently seeking an experienced Gate & Barrier Engineer for a field-based role focused on the service, maintenance, and installation of gates and barrier systems across London and the Home Counties, including Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent, and parts of West Sussex.
The Role: This is a home-based position offering regional coverage and minimal overnight travel. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standards, providing reactive repairs, planned servicing, and new installations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the service, maintenance, and installation of gates and barriers
- Strong technical and fault-finding abilities
- Industry-recognised qualifications or certifications (Gatesafe or DHF accredited – highly desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer focus with a proactive and professional approach
