As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes, making each day safer, easier, and more enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
  • Assisting with personal care, medication, meals, and light housekeeping.
  • Supporting customers’ social, physical, and mental well-being.
  • Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Class 1 business insurance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A caring, reliable, and respectful nature.
  • Willingness to undertake full training.

What You’ll Get

  • £14.00 per hour.
  • Paid travel time at £12.21/hr.
  • Mileage allowance of 35p per mile.
