Electrical Engineer – £45,000 – Chelsea Location: Chelsea, London Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible working available) Holiday: 24 days + bank holidays Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join a well-established team based in Chelsea. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems. * Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults across a commercial property portfolio. * Liaise with clients and team members to ensure smooth delivery of services. * Maintain accurate documentation and job records using handheld devices. Requirements * Fully qualified electrician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent). * 18th Edition certified. * Proven experience in a facilities management (FM) environment is highly desirable. * Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills. * Comfortable using digital tools and job tracking systems.
