Your new company & role
An exciting opportunity with an international technology business supporting the UK and other European jurisdictions from a legal perspective. The ideal candidate is a high-performing and practical lawyer with a proven ability to provide strategic and business-minded legal advice. The role reports to the General Counsel while also having exposure to other senior stakeholders in the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial areas as well as review, draft and negotiate contracts supporting the business.
- Work on contentious and non-contentious contractual matters relating to projects, contracts and operational matters within the business.
- Advise on risk management, governance and compliance.
- Experience with outsourcing, procurement, MSA’s, consultancy and service agreements.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with an ability to build key relationships and influence on important issues.
- Prior experience with consultancy and construction is preferred but not required.
- German language skills preferred.
