Software Developer Full-Stack / Frontend (m/f/d)

They’re looking to add a Software Engineer to their core engineering team to help build high-performance trading infrastructure. No prior experience in crypto or DeFi is required — just strong programming skills and a willingness to learn new technologies (Rust/C++ moving forward).

Write production-quality code in Rust and Python (prior Rust experience not required)
Develop real-time monitoring, strategy tooling, and execution frameworks
Optimize system performance across latency, reliability, and throughput
1–4 years of professional software development experience
~ Strong foundation in computer science — algorithms, data structures, systems, etc.
~ Experience with at least one systems or statically typed language (e.g., C++, Java, Go, Rust, C#)
~ Clean, efficient coding style and familiarity with production-level systems
~ Evidence of technical excellence (top academic background, competitive programming, or experience at selective firms)
~ Fast Iteration : Ship code quickly and see its real-world impact almost immediately
