GREAT ROLE FOR A CHEMISTRY EXPERT TO JOIN A LEADING HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT FIRM AS A TECHNICAL ASSESSOR – EARLY FRIDAY FINISHES TITLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste SALARY: £28-32K DOE LOCATION: West Midlands YOU MAY BE: hazardous waste management, site chemist, technical support chemist, transfer station chemist, technical assessor, hazpak chemist, process chemist ROLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste You will draw on your chemistry background to review waste stream data supplied by the sales team, verify accurate categorisation, and select the appropriate disposal method and pricing strategy EXPERIENCE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste You will bring at least 6 months of experience as a technical assessor, with a focus on hazardous waste assessment. strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in outlook, word, and excel. previous experience in direct client interaction would be a valuable asset. Additional, non-essential qualifications that would be beneficial include WAMITAB, COTC certification, an IOSH or NEBOSH safety qualification (or equivalent), and familiarity with WM3 guidance.
