Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior solicitors with a caseload of probate matters, wills, trusts, estate administration, LPAs, and Court of Protection work.
  • Managing elements of your own caseload (depending on experience), with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you progress.
  • Drafting Wills, LPAs, and probate forms, and handling correspondence with clients and third parties.
  • Liaising directly with clients in person and over the phone, offering sensitive and practical advice.

You will:

  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in Wills & Probate / Private Client work at a UK private practice firm.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a confident telephone manner.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on increasing responsibility in a growing team.
