An appreciative, small Family are seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Live-out Housekeeper with cooking ability, for their semi-formal household in Notting Hill
Looking after the home of 2 adults (and one teenage child) working Monday-Friday from 9.30am-6.30pm, your primary focus will be the detailed cleaning and organisation of the property to a high standard. You should be confident handling laundry & ironing, manage weekly bedding changes and light wardrobe organisation
The Housekeeper will also be happy cooking something simple and healthy for the Family’s early evening meal (doesn’t necessarily have to be ‘Chef’ standard!). They should also be able to lay a simple table setting. The Housekeeper will do the Ocado shopping order (be used to online ordering), as well as light local grocery shopping, as required
When the Family entertain, the Housekeeper should be able to meet Guests warmly, take coats and offer a drink and make sure they are comfortable
With a small cockapoo dog in the household, you should be pet-friendly and willing to help with the dog’s walking/feeding routine if needed
There is no childcare or travel required for this role – and although this is very much a 5-day per-week role, there is also an option to work an occasional half-day on a Saturday (should candidates desire). Overtime for any additional hours is paid!
