Camino Search are currently mandated on an M&A Country Lead position for a highly acquisitive PE-backed B2B Software business. The PE sponsor involved is considered to be one of the best & largest mid-market software PE investors across Europe, and has an incredible reputation. Our client is a highly acquisitive software business, which as part of its expansion strategy in UK is now looking for an M&A Country Lead. The business is looking to acquire software companies in the UK with recurring revenue between $2-20M. This is an amazing opportunity to create and implement a the strategy in a new geography. You will be solely responsible for deal sourcing and end-to-end deal execution.
