What can you expect in the role?: As Regional Account Manager, you'll be a front-line force for new business development and strategic account growth in the fire and security space. You'll work with a portfolio of existing commercial clients and also remain on the hunt for new opportunities, always keeping customer needs and long-term partnerships at the core of your approach.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing
  • Building and nurturing key commercial relationships
  • Delivering customer-facing presentations and site surveys
  • Creating detailed proposals and technical scopes of work

What you'll bring to the business:

  • 5+ years' sales experience in Fire & Security
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire systems.
  • Experience with systems design is essential, and enterprise level XP desirable.
  • A strategic, consultative sales approach with proven success in account growth and retention
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, influence decisions, and close deals
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting
