Warehouse Operative

Our client based in St Neots are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing products while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe working environment. Main Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Skills / Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Forklift Licence Hours & Pay Monday to Friday 2 week rotation of: 09:00 until 17:00 07:30 until 15:30 £12.21 per hour
