Senior Associate – Asset Management (Real Estate Credit) Location: London | Type: Full-time

Cambium Partners is working with one of the world’s leading real estate debt funds to hire a Senior Associate in their London asset management team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate asset types and capital structures , focusing on post-investment management, financial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

Updating financial models and valuations
Reviewing funding requests and managing loan-level analysis
Monitoring loan covenants and portfolio performance
3–5 years’ experience in real estate lending, asset management, or capital markets
~ Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
~ Confident communicator, highly organised, and Excel proficient
