Senior Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for our public sector client based in Leeds (hybrid working) on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £625 per day Inside IR35. Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days on-site Key Skills: * Open procurement in regulated environments * Strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23 * Experience from OBC to award under PA23 * Business case development (OBC/FBC) * Commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement * Strong communication and decision-making * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Risk management in procurement Desirable: * Familiarity with sourcing systems Interested?
