HR Advisor Stowmarket, own transport required due to location £33,000 pro rata 2 / 3 days per week (ideally Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am-5pm) Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a supportive and friendly team? We are recruiting for an independent HR consultancy based in rural Suffolk, and this role would suit a collaborative and proactive HR Advisor. The role of HR Advisor offers:- £33k pro rata salary Enhanced holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata) 2-3 volunteer days per year Ongoing career development and CIPD qualification support A close-knit team and meaningful client relationships A peaceful countryside office environmentAbout the Role: You\’ll manage a portfolio of clients, offering practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. You\’ll be a trusted advisor on everything from onboarding and policy updates to complex employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line HR and employment law support via phone/email Manage your own caseload and client relationships Draft and review policies, contracts, and letters Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. Breathe HR) Assist with onboarding new clients and monthly reporting Support internal projects and process improvementsWhat We\’re Looking For: 2+ years\’ HR experience (multi-client or multi-site preferred) CIPD qualified or working towards (desired but not essential) Excellent communication and organisation skills A team player with a problem-solving mindset Breathe HR system experience (a plus) Must have own transport due to rural office location
