Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor. You will lead a team of Sub-Contractors and Trades in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard.

Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Working on various social housing Repairs projects, you will motivate, coach and retain Sub-Contractors and Trades people ensuring commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.

What You Will Need:

Essential:

  • Solid experience of managing Sub-Contractors & Building Maintenance trades
  • Professional approach with high standards
  • GCSE English & Maths or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Good understanding of building maintenance
  • Social Housing experience
  • City and Guilds to appropriate level
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Experience of supervising teams
  • Building Maintenance qualifications, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid
  • Experience of PDA's use
