Weβre looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Learning and Development Business Partner to join our clients dedicated Talent and Development team. Youβll play a key role in supporting the Care & Education divisions, helping to build staff capability, improve progression pathways, and ensure compliance through innovative learning strategies and impactful training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers across Care & Education to identify learning needs and deliver solutions aligned with regulatory and organisational goals.
- Lead on induction, mandatory training, and continuous professional development.
- Maintain and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) β ensuring accurate records, reporting and learner communications.
- Coordinate apprenticeships, working closely with the levy team, providers, and managers to track progress and maximise levy spend.
- Design and deliver engaging, blended learning content including workshops, eLearning and toolkits.
- Evaluate training impact using KPIs and feedback, supporting audits and compliance reporting.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive L&D culture where knowledge is shared, communication is clear, and everyone feels supported to grow.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development β ideally in health, social care, or education.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and the Apprenticeship Levy, with experience managing provider relationships and monitoring learner progression.
- Strong administrative skills and experience with LMS platforms.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder β able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
- A collaborative team player β someone who shares ideas, supports others, and wants to make a difference.
