ACR are working with a successful house builder who are looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join their busy team. The role will see you operate from their Hertfordshire region who have a number of schemes located across the Northern Home Counties and Essex. The role will suit someone looking to step up from Senior Technical Coordinator.
Duties include:
- Working closely with the Head of Technical to ensure a smooth handover from the land/planning appraisal process
- Managing the detailed design and all other Technical aspects of development from this point on
- Liaising with appointed consultants to discharge NHBC Building Control conditions
- Attending planning consultation events and arranging pre-start drawing check meetings with internal departments to arrange for any revisions to be made to the working drawing packs as necessary

- £6500 car allowance
