  • Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and sickness absence cases.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience.
  • Monitor trends and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
