Job Title: Technical Instructor – Red Hat Trainer (Multilingual) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Remote with Travel to Client Sites in Europe Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (Depending on Experience) We are in search of a multilingual IT Trainer, fluent in English and German, or Dutch, to join our client’s team, a global leader in skills and talent development. About the Role: As a Technical Instructor for Red Hat technologies, you will deliver top-tier training to Red Hat clients, internals, and partners, focusing on the practical application and usage of Red Hat’s core and emerging technology products. This role involves a blend of virtual and in-person training sessions, with a significant portion of time dedicated to traveling to client sites across the EMEA region. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver 39 days of training per quarter (approximately 13 days per month), including travel to client sites. Conduct training sessions from home or at training centres and customer sites throughout EMEA, except when facilitating virtual classes. Set up and lead Red Hat Training classes in both virtual and in-person settings. Administer Red Hat’s certification exams. Achieve high standards in training delivery, ensuring positive feedback and customer satisfaction, with zero escalations or complaints. Collaborate with the Red Hat curriculum team for trainer upskilling and new train-the-trainer sessions. Continuously enhance your expertise by acquiring additional certifications and preparing tailored training content based on Red Hat courses as needed. Mandatory Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the computer industry and at least 3 years in instructional roles. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire. Strong foundation in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment. Proficient in English and German or Dutch. Exceptional course facilitation and management skills, with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (subject to travel restrictions). A team player with a proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Desirable Qualifications: Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or additional certifications in Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Experience in application development or modernization. Familiarity with PaaS, IaaS, automation, and virtual training environments.
