FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. Our offering is truly unique, hallmarked by ethics and quality, and we have exciting plans to expand.
As a Sales Consultant you’ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. You’ll be working with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager to devise and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, and onboard accounts that will then be serviced by the Branch Team. Now is a great time to join the company, you’ll be working with a growing team and over time you’ll have the opportunity to step up to management level, work across newly opened branches across the UK, and assist in developing new generations of staff and services.

- Location: RM15 Purfleet, Essex
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch break
- Working Rota: Monday to Friday (Office Based)
- Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission.
- Start Date: Immediate Start available for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this position is £30,000 per annum. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn up to £40,000.00 per annum OTE.
