An experienced Sales / Account Management professional is required at the UK’s leading part supplier to the Railway Industry. The Key Client Sales Manager will manage high level relationships with some of the business’ most valued customers (portfolio spend upwards of £15m p.a.). They will be responsible for nurturing and developing key customer relationships, seeking out opportunities for account development and achieving budgeted sales and order intake targets for their specified portfolio of customers.
The Key Client Sales Manager will manage a small but capable team of Account Managers within the Traction & Rolling Stock focused team. You will be responsible for ensuring individual and overall targets are met, accurate forecasts are provided & customer satisfaction expectations are met/exceeded.

It is a well-suited challenge to a relationship orientated, client centric individual who is comfortable managing and developing existing customer relationships but also identifying and pursuing opportunities for account development and growth. You will need to be able to identify future leads within your clients, showing a high degree of curiosity to ensure that no potential sales opportunity is missed.

Essential Experience
- A background of Sales in Rail would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
- Demonstrable experience of developing & growing an account/client
- Curious & inquisitive attitude to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Previous management experience is nice to have
Location & Working Model
Doncaster HQ Hybrid, split across client sites, HQ & home working
Salary
£50,000 + Car Allowance (£5,000)
