About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead and develop our domestic violence support service in Waltham Cross. You will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting a dedicated team working directly with vulnerable individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise frontline staff and volunteers to deliver compassionate, person-centered support.
- Oversee the effective delivery of domestic violence services, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and legal frameworks.
- Manage service budgets, resources, and reporting to meet organisational and funder requirements.
