Technical Coordinator – Residential | Tier 1 Main Contractor 🔹 📍 Location: Bristol (Hybrid) 💼 Full-Time | Permanent Henry Martin Group is working with a reputable Tier 1 main contractor who is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality residential projects across the South West. Joining a dynamic technical team, you will play a key role in coordinating design information, managing consultant outputs, and ensuring the successful delivery of multi-unit developments from planning through to handover. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate technical information between design consultants and internal departments * Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions * Support design reviews and technical approvals across all stages of delivery * Assist in the preparation of working drawings and oversee progress with external consultants * Contribute to design risk assessments and value engineering exercises Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in a technical role within residential construction * Background with a developer or Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor * Familiarity with UK planning policies, building control, and warranty providers (e.g. NHBC, LABC) * Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills Why Join? * Work on large-scale, high-profile residential developments * Structured career progression and training opportunities * Hybrid working flexibility with a strong pipeline of secured work
