About the role:
We’re seeking a highly organised, experienced, and proactive leader to take over from the retiring Practice Manager and continue to drive operational excellence across a branch network of offices throughout East Sussex. This is more than a managerial role—it’s a chance to make a real impact. You’ll be working alongside the Managing Partner and Operations Team in Hastings to lead and support over 100 staff across the branch network.
This varied and rewarding position covers a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Human Resources: Overseeing recruitment, on-boarding, and staff management
- Office & Facilities Management: Ensuring all locations run smoothly
- Payroll, Pensions & Insurance: Managing key financial processes
- Compliance & Health & Safety: Keeping our operations safe and up to standard
- Supplier & Contract Management: Overseeing key vendor relationships
- Training & Development: Supporting staff well-being and professional growth
- Strategic Projects: Helping shape the future direction of the business
