Job Opportunity: Nacelle M&E Supervisor

Location: Onshore Pre-Assembly Site (Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off)

Shifts: 12-hour Days/Nights

Rate: OUTSIDE IR35

I'm sourcing for a Nacelle Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to lead the pre-assembly of nacelle components at my client's onshore site. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee mechanical and electrical work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency as we prepare for offshore installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily M&E assembly activities
  • Enforce HSE compliance and quality standards
  • Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and logistics teams
  • Report progress and support site planning
