Job Opportunity: Nacelle M&E Supervisor – Onshore Pre-Assembly 📍 Location: Onshore Pre-Assembly Site (Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off) 🕒 Shifts: 12-hour Days/Nights Rate: OUTSIDE IR35 I\’m sourcing for a Nacelle Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to lead the pre-assembly of nacelle components at my client\’s onshore site. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee mechanical and electrical work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency as we prepare for offshore installation. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily M&E assembly activities * Enforce HSE compliance and quality standards * Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and logistics teams * Report progress and support site planning What We’re Looking For: * Experience in M&E supervision (wind industry or heavy industry preferred) * Strong knowledge of HSE practices * Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills * Ability to thrive in a rotation-based schedule Apply now and be part of a leading renewable energy project
