Key Accountabilities - Principal Optical Engineer
- Lead and support activities across the full product lifecycle - from concept through to manufacture.
- Define system architectures and develop advanced optical and lens designs.
- Conduct detailed analyses and performance simulations of optical systems.
- Support integration, alignment, and testing of complex optical systems.
- Deliver engineering solutions that account for Design for Manufacture, Assembly, and Test (DFMAT).
- Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers, providing technical input and building strong working relationships.
- Operate effectively within integrated project teams (IPTs), contributing to a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
