Our client is a leader in the science sector, seeking a skilled manager to oversee warehouse operations and logistics processes. Duties will include:
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory management and supply chain processes
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment
- Manufacture Weekly Supplies - Coordinate the manufacturing of weekly supplies to meet operational demands. Ensure that production schedules align with inventory levels and customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse, shipping and dispensing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse productivity and efficiency
