About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Ground Workers to join our team on various projects across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in groundwork to work with a reputable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, concreting, kerbing, slabbing, and excavation
  • Interpret site drawings and levels
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Work as part of a team to complete tasks to deadlines
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Ground Worker role
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Own tools and PPE desirable
