About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Ground Workers to join our team on various projects across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in groundwork to work with a reputable and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, concreting, kerbing, slabbing, and excavation
- Interpret site drawings and levels
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work as part of a team to complete tasks to deadlines
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Ground Worker role
- Valid CSCS Card
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Own tools and PPE desirable
