Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a growing data platform team for a leading financial services client.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support critical parts of production and pre-production systems
- Guide infrastructure and systems design across teams
- Improve and extend monitoring, alerting, and reliability tooling
- Mentor developers on cloud and reliability best practices
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS)
- Proficiency in a programming language – ideally Python or Go
- Familiar with Git, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Experience with Prometheus or similar monitoring/TSDB tools
- Confident working with teams at various stages of cloud maturity
