Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a growing data platform team for a leading financial services client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support critical parts of production and pre-production systems
  • Guide infrastructure and systems design across teams
  • Improve and extend monitoring, alerting, and reliability tooling
  • Mentor developers on cloud and reliability best practices
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation

Required Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS)
  • Proficiency in a programming language – ideally Python or Go
  • Familiar with Git, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code principles
  • Experience with Prometheus or similar monitoring/TSDB tools
  • Confident working with teams at various stages of cloud maturity
