The Role

  • Oversee daily wraparound care operations
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Lead a team of staff and manage rotas
  • Ensure safeguarding, food safety, and health & safety practices are followed
  • Build warm relationships with families and school staff
  • Maintain accurate records and manage bookings and admin

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (or working towards)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare setting
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS principles
  • A proactive, reliable, and caring attitude
