The Role
- Oversee daily wraparound care operations
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Lead a team of staff and manage rotas
- Ensure safeguarding, food safety, and health & safety practices are followed
- Build warm relationships with families and school staff
- Maintain accurate records and manage bookings and admin
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or working towards)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare setting
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS principles
- A proactive, reliable, and caring attitude
