Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Lowestoft and the surrounding areas
Job Summary: Our clients are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Lowestoft, Kessingland and surrounding areas. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained.
- Feeding Assistance: Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Activity Participation: Engage with residents in various activities, promoting social interaction and enjoyment.
- Companionship: Provide a friendly and supportive presence, offering companionship and conversation to residents.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with light tidying and meal preparation, contributing to a clean and organized environment.
- Emotional Support: Show empathy and understanding, providing emotional support to residents and their families.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a paid healthcare or support role is essential.
- Compassion: A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

You must have a minimum of 3 months full time or 6 months part time experience
