And we do it with innovation, precision, and unmistakable style!\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nWe're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a landmark luxury residential development in Central London.
This pivotal role involves providing strategic commercial leadership, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting the wider commercial team to deliver a high-profile heritage transformation to the highest standards.\\n\\nThe Project\\n\\nLocated just moments from Victoria Station, this £92m development is set within a stunning Grade I and II listed estate. The scheme will sensitively convert historic buildings into 42 ultra-prime residential apartments across three distinct blocks.
