Job Description SALARY 65-75K The Company An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients. The Role The Client Onboarding Team Manager will have previous experience in team leadership and solid experience in AML/CDD as they will be managing, and have overall accountability for the CDD team and function – all client types. The Client Onboarding Team Manager will ensure AML requirements are met for client onboarding and ongoing monitoring purposes, mitigating risk and working towards meeting the firm’s strategic objectives. The Client Onboarding Team Manager will be a point of contact of all AML related escalations and to work closely with the DMLRO/ MLRO in ensuring AML risks are managed in adherence with the Financial Crime Policies. The Client Onboarding Team Manager will be responsible for AML procedures and processes within the team and suggest efficiencies ensuring AML risks are appropriately managed The Client Onboarding Team Manager will have oversight of assigned projects (i.e. remediation) and will ensure these are delivered to deadline and to a high standard.
