The Role

As a Construction Apprenticeship Tutor, you’ll be delivering high-quality teaching and support to apprentices across the North West. You will visit learners in their workplaces, support them remotely, and help prepare them for their End Point Assessments. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid industry experience, a passion for education, and the drive to support learners on their journey to success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and learner-centred sessions aligned with the Property Maintenance Operative Standard
  • Support learners in developing skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed
  • Track learner progress and provide clear, timely feedback
  • Contribute to curriculum design and development of high-quality learning materials
  • Maintain compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, EPAO, and our internal policies
  • Embed safeguarding, equality, and British values in everything you do

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the Property Maintenance industry
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE)
  • Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33)
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
