Position: Solicitor/Legal Executive – Private Client Salary: DOE Location: Bournemouth Overview A well-regarded South Dorset based firm is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join their team. Who The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the law relating to Probate, Wills, and Trusts, coupled with excellent technical and communication skills. You will excel at inspiring and motivating both yourself and your colleagues, while demonstrating exceptional client care to meet our high standards of legal service. Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office packages and case management systems, is essential, as is the ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload to meet tight deadlines. You will manage an existing caseload and foster strong working relationships with clients and play an active role in the further growth and development of the department and Firm as a whole.
