Job Description Field Service Engineer Bromsgrove, West Midlands £28,000 – £32,000 per annum Plus excellent company benefits, professional development and incentives The Opportunity: To join our client’s growing team of customer-service led professionals working as a Field Project Engineer and help them to deliver a professional, efficient installation and commissioning service for their Security Systems department. You will be operating on a wide range of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems for a range of domestic and commercial customers, as well as a few clients that have industrial premises. You will be reporting to the Operations Director who will help you to learn and improve your skills each day via new challenges and customer request. The role is field-based and your area of coverage is for the Midlands and the surrounding areas, meaning the successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel as and when required to customer locations. Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of security systems e.g. (Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various security systems.
