Company based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
My client provides a fully comprehensive commercial property maintenance service, with a focus on planned maintenance & compliance (approx 60-70% of what they do), reactive repairs and installations. They do some residential work also, but this is always through a commercial entity like a managing agent.
All their staff are directly employed. They require enhanced DBS which is a requirement of their clients and the sectors they work within (education, healthcare, PBSA, BTR, retail and commercial).
They provide a company van, fuel card, tablet/phone, job management software, uniform, PPE and training. They are big on internal development and upskilling, and there will be opportunities as they continue to grow.
The average length of service of their staff is around 8 years. They have a great ethos and culture at the company, with a strong contract book for the coming years. They are actively looking to add to their already well-established engineering team.
