Role Overview – Harrow As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will: * Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. * Complete fact finds, affordability assessments, and recommend suitable products. * Gain hands-on experience with structured guidance from senior advisors. * Build strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals. * Ensure compliance with FCA regulations. Candidate Requirements * CeMAP 1 (essential) – full CeMAP (2 & 3) desirable. * Previous sales, customer service, or estate agency experience an advantage. * Strong motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed in financial services. * Full UK driving licence. * Clean credit history and no criminal convictions (FCA requirement).
