About the Role As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you’ll work closely with a busy estate agency branch in Harrow. Your main duties will include: * Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. * Completing the CeMAP qualification if needed, with support from our training team. * Gaining hands-on experience in a highly supportive environment. * Ensuring compliance with FCA rules and regulations under close mentorship. * This position offers a basic salary of £25,000, including a car allowance, plus OTE of £40,000–£50,000, making it one of the most rewarding trainee mortgage broker jobs in the market. Key Requirements * Qualifications: Part or fully CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, CeMAP 2, or CeMAP 3). * Sales Experience: Proven background in sales or a strong customer-focused role.
