The Role: As a Security Engineer, you'll be out in the field making sure CCTV cameras, Intruder alarms and Access Control systems are maintained, serviced, and working flawlessly across a range of commercial properties. This is a key role, ensuring our clients' safety and compliance while providing a top-tier service experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Service & maintain CCTV cameras, Intruder alarms and Access Control systems to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service—your people skills will shine as you build great relationships with clients.
- Work closely with your team to maximise efficiency and ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Communicate clearly and professionally—whether you're fixing alarms or chatting with clients, you'll be the voice of trust.
- Travel between client sites (you'll need a full UK driving license).
