We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a part time Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant. Working as the Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant, you'll join an innovative team where you'll be the backbone of the sales team, handling everything from contract management and report generation to customer complaint resolution. You will work closely with various departments ensuring smooth operations and top-notch support for the salespeople.

DUTIES
- Using Sage (training will be given)
- Compose and send electronic documents for the Sales Team
- Ensure all orders are progressed to related desk
- Work alongside the team providing support on electronic documents to send to clients on their behalf, to ensure orders are acknowledged and provide admin support when required
- Work with Sales managers and other departments chasing through orders and resolving queries to ensure they are completed as quickly as possible
- Investigate customer complaints and produce resolutions
- Compiling and completing 12-month review spreadsheets within Excel
- Ensure all emails and queries are followed up with the relevant departments
- Provide cover for other members of the team when they are on leave, working with and supporting their teams
- Be out of office contact for salespeople when they are on leave
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administration experience
- Microsoft Office suite trained
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Use initiative to complete complicated tasks
- Be a keen team player when required
- Positive and motivated
