We’re currently recruiting for two experienced warehouse managers to join a busy warehouse operation in Enderby. These roles are hands-on leadership positions, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy.
Whether you’re experienced in day-to-day warehouse management or prefer night operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a thriving, fast-paced logistics environment.
1. Warehouse Manager (Afternoon Shift)
Shift: 12:00pm – 10:00pm
Hours: 45 hours per week (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: Up to £46,800 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8 warehouse staff
- Oversee inbound/outbound activity, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Use of FLT and Shunter as part of operational duties
- Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Drive performance and lead by example in a hands-on role
2. Night Shift Warehouse Manager
Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £43,680 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate reporting and shift handovers
- Supervise and support staff to meet KPIs and deadlines
- Maintain control of all warehouse processes overnight
- Ensure smooth coordination with the day team and senior management
What We’re Looking For (Both Warehouse Manager Roles):
- Previous experience in warehouse/shift management
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Valid FLT licence and shunting experience (essential for Warehouse Manager role)
